They got my oil changed and a couple of software updates completed. They vacuumed my car which was greatly appreciated. There was some missed communication on the tires I thought since I bought the car from them earlier this year that the tires could be rotated and balanced without charge but they informed me that they are factory tires and not actually theirs, because I didnt know they didnt charge me and I know for next time.

I went through Lithia Dodge to purchase my new car. This was the easiest, most relaxing process! Laini made every step of the way so calming. She knew I had some concerns and was able to explain everything that I needed to know. She answered every text, phone call and question without hesitation! Every bit of this process turned out better than I could have imagined! The day I picked up the car, Scott and Lawrence ;) (finance) were there to assist. They were so wonderful! The entire process was so smooth! Thank you all!

No reflection on your company, but the semi that pulled the bull horn was me. When merging into ON COMING TRAFFIC you Yield! You don’t turn right in front of other vehicles. Thank God I was empty! Silver Toyota Camry with your dealership plate. Returned approximately at 12:15, May 12, 2026. I know, because I watched your test driver, with your employee, turn down Janet St. after he cut me off.

Well after 3 phone calls, 2 messages over 3 days, nobody responded. I went here to have my oil changed.. which they did. After stopping for gas on my way home I noticed something hanging from the bottom of my vehicle, so when I got home I crawled under to take a look. Part of my skid plate was hanging down missing 2 of the 4 fasteners. Ok not a huge deal I was just going to put in some more fasteners but while I was under there I noticed the two front bolts holding the main skid plate on have been broken off. Lithium has been the only company to change the oil in this rig since it was brand new. Ok stuff happens I understand that but not to be notified is not right. I have serious problems with this issue, and after reviewing the cut and paste responses to the other issues reported for Lithia Helena I am not expecting them to care.

Had an absolute awesome experience with Lithia Dodge in Helena. Worked with Duane and he was great. He had no pressure attitude and it was a pleasure to work with him. I love my new Ram an look forward to many years with it!
